All content that is submitted by the user must comply with HIPAA requirements and must have de-identified any content with the guidelines that are shown in the de-identification page. Any content that does not comply with these standards should be notified to The Imlers for removal. Although The Imlers is active in maintaining a compliant standard of de-identification of patient information we require the burden to fall on the user and poster of the information for compliance.

Choice of Law/Forum Selection
